Coming Soon: Scholastic Book Fair! Volunteers Needed

The Kilauea School Book Fair is right around the corner. Here, a note from our librarian:

Dear Families:

I'm excited to announce that our school will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair, which takes place from October 27-31 during the school day* at the Kilauea School library.

It's one of the most anticipated events of the school year for students- but we need volunteers to make it happen. Your help is crucial in making the Fair a truly unforgettable experience for our children. We hope you'll consider offering your time and talents to get it running!

If you're available to lend a hand at this upcoming event, please contact me and share which Fair activities best suit you. Opportunities to assist include: Setting Up the Fair, Helping Shoppers at the Fair, Packing Up the Fair

Here are the dates/times I could use your help:

• Friday 10/24, anytime between 10:00-2:00* (*SET UP - no sales)

• Monday 10/27, 9:45-11:45 and 11:45-1:45

• Tuesday 10/28, 9:45-11:45, 11:45-1:45, 3:30-5:30**The Book Fair will be open additional hours before the PTSA

  Family event at 5:30.

• Wednesday 10/29, 9:45-11:45, 11:45-12:45* (*1 hour)

• Thursday 10/30, 9:45-11:45 and 11:45-1:45

• Friday 10/31, 9:45-12:15, 12:15-1:45* (*PACK UP - no sales)
